Since 2012, including current mandates, he has been involved in sales transactions totaling over $6.5 billion in the office building, shopping center, multi-residential and seniors' residence sectors. James has been involved in several major multi-residential transactions, including the sale of the Arbora project, Le Shaugn, Le Regency, Le Rockhill (2 times), Appartements-Boutique, 4300 de Maisonneuve and Haddon Hall.
