As Vice-President, Capital & Investor Relations, Jordan leverages his legal and accounting background, working with the investment, development, finance, and accounting teams. He oversees Broccolini’s current and future funds, including structuring, reporting and governance. Jordan also manages all facets of fundraising and investor relations. Beyond his work with the funds, he assists in negotiating strategic partnerships and dispositions. With his positive attitude and ability to simplify complex matters, Jordan has been directly involved in raising approximately half a billion dollars of equity for various investment strategies since joining Broccolini.

Jordan has over 10 years of professional experience, including 7 years at Stikeman Elliott LLP, practicing corporate law with a focus on domestic and cross-border transactions and structuring for leading Canadian and US private equity firms. He represented many leading domestic and international strategic and private equity clients, both as buyers and sellers, on transactions representing a combined value well more than $2 billion.

Since joining Broccolini, Jordan has played an integral role in funding and developing significant projects across Quebec and Ontario. Jordan is a strong collaborator, whether it be existing and prospective investors or members of the various business units and teams at Broccolini.
