Martin Saulnier has more than 24 years of experience in real estate financing. He joined the Real Estate Financing Team at Fiera Real Estate in July 2016.

Prior to joining Fiera Real Estate, Mr. Saulnier held a management position at a private investment firm, where he was involved in all aspects of the company’s operations, including partnerships, investment and financing analysis, and project implementation. He also spent several years in the banking industry, specializing in commercial real estate financing.

Mr. Saulnier specializes in construction financing for large-scale residential, commercial, office, industrial and institutional projects. He is recognized for his ability to structure tailored financing solutions that meet the needs of real estate developers and for maintaining strong, long-standing relationships within in the industry.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from HEC Montréal.
