Mathieu Larouche is a Director, Investments, at KingSett Capital. In this role Mathieu is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating the acquisition and disposition of real estate opportunities across Québec. Mathieu joined KingSett in 2022, after spending 10 years with RBC Capital Markets Real Estate Group, where he held progressive positions. Mathieu led commercial real estate transactions and advisory mandates across all major property types, gaining in-depth expertise in financial underwriting, due diligence, and negotiation. Prior to that, Mathieu spent five years working as an architect. Mathieu holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Architecture from McGill University, and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD (with Distinction).
