Sebastien Hylands is responsible for the various development and redevelopment projects at Kevric. The nature of his role requires his involvement in project strategies, designs, leasing, and construction. His most recent projects include the development of 99 Atlantic in Toronto, as well as the revitalization of Place Bonaventure in Montreal. Sebastien has played an active role in the organization since 2013. Prior to joining Kevric, he was a management consultant with Deloitte’s Montreal team. Sebastien Hylands holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from McGill University, and an MBA from INSEAD. He is also a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
