Scott Speirs is Vice Chairman and practice lead for CBRE Montréal’s National Investment Team. Scott is responsible for providing real estate advisory and transaction services to CBRE’s investment clients for the Province of Québec. He heads a team of market leading real estate professionals, with a focus on office, retail, industrial, multi-family and land.

With over 20 years of experience, Scott has successfully advised and executed some of Montréal’s largest real estate transactions. Scott also has extensive advisory and international experience, having worked in Paris for nearly 5 years as a Portfolio Manager on behalf of CalPERS, ADIA and CPPIB. Since returning to Montréal in 2013, Scott has advised on over $15 billion in real estate transactions in the Province of Québec.
