President and Founder of Agence Immobilière Levier, an integrated boutique mortgage and transactional brokerage firm specializing exclusively in midsize to high-rise rental properties in Quebec, Tommy Archambault has been active as a real estate and mortgage broker for almost 20 years. A graduate lawyer, Tommy, quickly moved to the financial sector, where he had a brilliant start to his career in banking. This led him to the position of Senior Director, in the field of construction financing, for one of Quebec's top lenders. With a vision, Tommy founded Levier in 2015. Over the past decade, Levier has quickly carved out a niche for itself as a reference in terms of multi-residential project financing, particularly projects with financing provided by CMHC. Since its creation, Levier has generated business volume exceeding $5 billion, successfully delivered more than 650 financings with more than 15,000 rental units that have been financed, to date by the group. Levier has therefore positioned itself for several years as the reference in terms of rental mortgage brokerage in Quebec.
