Vito Pelosi, CPM, has over 30 years of experience in property management and asset operations across office, industrial, retail and multi-tenant residential portfolios.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions within major institutional real estate organizations, overseeing multi-million-square-foot portfolios.

Today, through Pelosi Property Advisors, he provides advisory and property management services to owners and investors, focusing on operational structure, transition planning, stabilization, and asset oversight.

Vito is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and serves on the Planning and Advisory Committee (PAC) of the City of Pointe-Claire.
