Wayne Heuff joined Claridge in 2016. He is responsible for the management of Claridge’s real estate investment platform leading a team of real estate investment professionals. Wayne and his team source and underwrite new potential investments, conduct the requisite due diligence, negotiate the terms of investment with development partners and coordinate the closing of investments. During the life of an investment, the real estate team is actively involved in managing the investment and our development partners, including the disposition of completed investments.
