William Jegher is the co-leader of EY’s Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction practice for Canada and the leader for Eastern Canada. William provides strategy and transactional services in the real estate sector to clients in both the public and private sectors. For over 20 years, William has executed a variety of mandates in the real estate sector including complex financial structuring, financial modelling and options analysis work, due diligence related assignments, sourcing equity and debt for developers and private equity real estate funds, sourcing joint venture partners for real estate projects, advising on acquisitions, dispositions and development projects, real estate valuations, restructuring and special situations as well as strategic consulting mandates for major North American corporations with significant real estate holdings.
