Naomi Davis-Crane joined LJMU from a Head of Intelligence Analysis role in Counter Terrorism Policing and has extensive experience in tactical and strategic intelligence analysis across national security, major crime, prisons, and local policing contexts. Including intelligence processes, structured analytical techniques, ethics, intelligence acquisition tactics, data manipulation, and the effective communication of assessments. Naomi also has substantial experience in multi-agency and international intelligence operations, including working with partners across the UK, Five Eyes, Europe and Africa. Whilst she is also an expert in police leadership, incorporating strategic and operational management of law enforcement organisations with a specific focus on ethical, authentic and empowering leadership approaches to build sustainable intelligence capabilities for the future.
