Profile

With over 20 years of experience, Kelly is a multi-disciplined real estate professional responsible for all of CBP’s development initiatives , with a current key focus on the execution of the company’s $2 billion multi-family residential pipeline in transit-oriented, amenity-rich communities across Ottawa.

Kelly has been working in the greater Ottawa region since 2005 as a land use planner and developer. Previously she held a senior leadership role with another Ottawa developer, where she led all aspects of their commercial and multi-family development platform successfully delivering over 600 residential units across Ottawa. Kelly’s extensive experience and outstanding track record making her a highly sought-after expert in navigating complex zoning regulations and managing successful development projects. Her deep understanding of local policies and her ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders ensure that projects are completed efficiently.

Kelly is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and is an active member of numerous industry organizations, including BOMA. She serves as a board member of Bruyère Hospital Foundation, and chairs the Royal Ottawa Foundation’s annual golf tournament, which raises funds for mental health initiatives. Additionally, Kelly is a founding member of WiLD (Women in Land Development), dedicated to mentoring women in the land development industry within the National Capital Region and fostering a supportive networking environment.
