Rob Grzeszczak is the President & Managing Partner of The Norman Group, a boutique firm providing management, technology, and project consulting services to financial institutions and fintechs. The firm features four specific practice areas: Payments & FX, Digital Channels, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, and Compliance & Risk Management.

Prior to founding The Norman Group in 1997, Rob was Vice President and Manager of First Union National Bank’s (now Wells Fargo) International Systems group.

Rob earned an MBA from Wake Forest University and a BA in Economics from Davidson College.
