Bal Ram Chopra is a senior finance executive with more than 25 years of experience across the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare industries. His career spans public companies and private equity-backed businesses, providing a broad perspective on growth, value creation, and operational excellence. He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations at Tethra Bio and has previously held senior finance leadership roles at Indivior Pharmaceuticals and Reckitt.

Throughout his career, Bal Ram has partnered with executive leadership teams and Boards to drive strategic planning, launch excellence, commercial growth, financial transformation, and enterprise value creation. His expertise includes financial planning and analysis, pricing and market access, channel strategy, M&A integration, governance, compliance, and building high-performing global teams. He holds an MBA and is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA).
