Neel Shah is a director in RSM’s life sciences advisory practice with more than 10 years of experience supporting biopharmaceutical organizations across commercialization and revenue strategy. He brings deep industry knowledge in commercial contracting, government pricing and operations, with a focus on gross-to-net modeling.

Neel has supported more than 40 product launches and gross-to-net model implementations, helping companies enhance financial visibility, strengthen pricing and market access strategies, and build scalable processes that support growth.

Prior to joining RSM, Neel worked in pharmaceutical research and development at Pfizer, where he contributed to vaccine research initiatives, including efforts supporting the COVID-19 vaccine rollout.

He combines scientific knowledge with commercial insight to help life sciences organizations navigate complexity, manage risk and position their therapies for long-term success in the market.
