Rohit Gupta is a senior finance executive with more than 20 years of experience across the biopharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods industries. He currently serves as Senior Director, Commercial Finance at Crinetics Pharmaceuticals, where he leads revenue, gross-to-net, inventory, and commercial accounting functions, and has previously held senior finance leadership roles at Seagen (acquired by Pfizer). His expertise spans strategic planning, launch excellence, pricing & access strategy, finance transformation, and process optimization, helping organizations build and scale finance operations to support successful commercialization.

As a trusted finance partner, Rohit has supported multiple product launches across the United States, Europe, and Latin America, helping establish scalable financial processes, commercial accounting frameworks, and operational controls in highly regulated markets. He has led ERP implementations, commercialization readiness programs, and cross-functional initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence. Rohit is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), and holds an MBA in Finance from Gonzaga University School of Business.
