Walt is a Managing Director, Advisory Services, and delivers more than 16 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in life sciences and health care. Walt has an experienced background in Gross-to-Net (GTN) forecasts and accounting reserves. He has advised numerous pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers on commercial and government liabilities, pricing/GTN optimization, contracting strategy, trade and distribution strategy, accruals reserve methodology, and fair market value. He joined IntegriChain in 2024 through the company’s acquisition of Federal Compliance Solutions (FCS).

Prior to FCS, Walt led the Gross-to-Net Advisory practice at Deloitte where he delivered a wide range of services around Government Pricing, Commercial Contract Strategy, fair market value (FMV), and GTN. Prior to Deloitte, Walt worked in corporate finance at a leading pharmaceutical distributor.

Walt has led many high-profile GTN, commercial contracting, and distribution strategy engagements, has also led many Bona Fide Service Fee (BFSF) and FMV projects for top-20 manufacturers, and has a deep understanding of the dynamic healthcare ecosystem.
