Averi Price is VP, Chief Compliance and Legal Officer at Syndax Pharmaceuticals where she is designing and implementing the company’s first compliance program and providing leadership as the company transforms from an R&D organization to a commercial organization. Before joining Syndax, Averi had multiple roles in compliance and legal positions, including General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Radius Health, where she played a similar role in building a compliance program and leading a transition from R&D to commercial, and leading a compliance team at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals. Prior to her in-house experience, Averi practiced at Boston-area law firms, where she represented pharmaceutical companies in healthcare fraud actions. She has a BA degree from University of Chicago and a Law degree from University of Michigan.
