Brandon leads the legal support for BioNTech’s commercialization organization across markets and therapeutic areas including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and adjacent functions. His practice focuses on providing solutions-oriented legal advice to support achieving scientific and business objectives while mitigating potential risks under laws and regulations governing the biopharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining BioNTech, Brandon was with Bristol Myers Squibb for ten years in commercialization legal and compliance & ethics roles. Earlier in his career, Brandon worked in private practice as a product liability litigator focused on representing leading companies in complex litigation involving prescription drugs and OTC medicines.
