Dan O’Connor heads NXLevel Compliance (formerly PharmaCertify) the life science compliance training group of NXLevel Solutions. Since 2004, NXLevel has helped pharma, biotech, and device companies strengthen their compliance cultures and reduce risk through the design, development, and deployment of award-winning training solutions, including off-the-shelf compliance modules, custom eLearning, custom workshops, video, and microlearning.

Most of Dan’s career has been spent in learning and development in highly regulated industries, with a focus on life science compliance training since 2010. He has worked with life science companies of all sizes to design and implement training solutions ranging from foundational compliance curriculums to full-scale CIA training programs to microlearning to drive compliance knowledge retention.
