David Fisher is the President of TDI, where he leads the firm’s growth strategy in helping multinational companies navigate and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and transactional risk. With a deep understanding of global compliance landscapes, technology, and enterprise risk, Mr. Fisher has been instrumental in shaping risk management solutions that enable businesses to operate with confidence in complex commercial and geopolitical environments. Mr. Fisher joined TDI from Battelle, where he was vice president and general manager of the cybersecurity business unit. At Battelle, Mr. Fisher spearheaded the strategy and launch of this new business unit dedicated to solving some of the most complex cybersecurity challenges. Under his leadership, Battelle’s cybersecurity business became a trusted partner to senior intelligence and defense clients in addressing national security priorities. Mr. Fisher previously served as a director at Syntex Management Systems, an enterprise risk management company, where he was responsible for building the technology platform and go-to-market strategy for large commercial clients. He was also senior manager at Enron Corporation, where he led cutting-edge enterprise software initiatives for financial derivatives and commodities trading. Mr. Fisher’s public service included more than a decade with the CIA, where he served as a senior technical operations officer responsible for developing and deploying innovative and secure technology solutions around the globe. Mr. Fisher earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Ohio University and a Master of Science in information systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He was a founding member of the National Defense Industrial Association’s (NDIA) Cyber Division and served as the Chair of the Workforce Development & STEM Committee. Mr. Fisher also previously served on the Cyber Security Advisory Board for the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
