Leo Silva has spent over 25 years in legal and compliance positions, starting as an IP lawyer at Dannemann Siemsen LLP and moving in-house into Merck & Co., Takeda, Acino Swiss and since 2016 with Ferring Pharmaceuticals, currently serving as its Global & U.S. Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer. Originally based at its headquarters in Switzerland, he has been based in the U.S. since 2022. Leo holds a J.D. from Brazil’s Catholic University, an LLM from the LSE in the UK and a General Management degree from INSEAD in France.
