Driven by a passion for serving patients, Lisa has 20 years' experience supporting the life sciences industry. Prior to joining J&J, Lisa served as Partner/Global Co-Chair of the Life Sciences Sector for DLA Piper.

She has held senior executive roles at BMS and Merck. Her prior experiences includes Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Legal for Global Marketing, and Head of Global Investigations.

She also serves as a Trustee for Morehouse School of Medicine. Lisa has taught compliance, business ethics, AI, and investigations courses at SKEMA Business School, Penn Law School, Seton Law School, and Carnegie Mellon University.

Lisa is a proud graduate of Yale University and Columbia Law School.
