Peter is a Compliance and Financial executive with a demonstrated record of achievement in creating and implementing Governance Risk and Compliance frameworks and structures which protect companies’ interests while enabling them to achieve their growth objectives. Peter has over 20 years’ experience with multi-billion dollar international public companies and professional service organizations.

Peter also held management positions with Schering-Plough; PricewaterhouseCoopers; British Airways and Unilever.

Peter earned his BA in accounting at Iona College. Peter is a member of the AICPA, Institute of Internal Auditors and Pharmaceutical Compliance Forum (PCF).
