Stephanie is a Strategy Insights & Planning Manager in the Compliance, Privacy & Risk practice at ZS, where she helps life sciences organizations navigate complex regulatory, risk, and operating‑model challenges. Her work focuses on enabling effective, compliant decision‑making across highly regulated environments, with particular emphasis on compliance‑by‑design and AI strategy.

Stephanie has deep consulting experience across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, serving as a regulatory and compliance project management professional. She has supported global and U.S. organizations on compliance department transformations, MLR and content review processes, policy and SOP development, scientific exchange, market research, patient support services, aggregate spend, social and digital engagement, and AI governance and strategy. Her work regularly involves close partnership with senior stakeholders across compliance, legal, regulatory, clinical, medical affairs, and commercial functions.

Stephanie helps lead ZS’s Responsible AI efforts, shaping the firm’s approach to AI strategy, governance, and risk management in regulated environments. Her work includes advising organizations on the responsible adoption of AI; designing AI governance and risk frameworks; and embedding human‑in‑the‑loop controls and oversight into enterprise operating models to align innovation with evolving regulatory expectations.

She holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
