Tim regularly reports on compliance matters to senior management forums, including the Galderma Board’s Finance & Audit Committee and the company’s Executive Committee and played a key role in helping the company prepare for its highly successful IPO in early 2024. Tim also chairs Galderma’s Global Risk & Compliance Council, a key senior forum he set up soon after joining the company.

Previously, Tim was Senior Vice President & Head, Global Ethics and Compliance at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company and, in this Boston based role, he restructured the Global Oncology Ethics and Compliance group to reflect current business needs and establish stronger links with business and compliance teams outside of the U.S. Prior to Takeda’s acquisition of Shire, Tim was based in Switzerland as Senior Vice President and Head, Legal International at Shire PLC where he led a team of more than 50 professionals across seven regions and was a member of the Legal Leadership Team (LLT) and International Leadership Team (ILT).

Before joining Shire in 2014, Tim worked for UCB where he held positions as Vice President and General Counsel, North America and Vice President and Head, Legal Affairs for Europe, International, and Asia Pacific.
