Andrea Altamirano is Executive Director, Healthcare Compliance Office at Genentech, a member of the Roche Group. She brings more than 20 years of legal, compliance, and executive leadership experience across the United States, Europe and Latin America. Before joining Genentech, Andrea served on Roche’s global Pharma Compliance Office Leadership Team in Basel, where she led compliance strategy and capability building across regions. She previously led Compliance for Roche Pharma in Latin America and held senior Legal and Compliance leadership roles at Bayer, including Chief Compliance Officer for the Andean Region.
