Brenda Crabtree is a seasoned attorney and compliance leader with over 15 years of experience in law, compliance, and program management. Brenda’s expertise spans designing and implementing compliance frameworks, integrating data privacy and ethical AI initiatives, and supporting product launches and co-commercialization efforts. She has successfully built and implemented compliance programs to support both commercial product launches and seamless integration during acquisitions at Mirati Therapeutics (now part of Bristol Myers Squibb) and Aimmune Therapeutics (a Nestlé Health Science company).
