Casey Horton has over two decades of life sciences and healthcare experience, both in consulting and management roles. Casey brings his clients a unique perspective and understanding of the regulatory and operational challenges facing life sciences companies. Casey’s practice focuses on conducting enterprise and compliance risk assessments, performing compliance assessments and investigations, reviewing and optimizing organizational processes, providing litigation support and implementing effective and sustainable compliance solutions. Casey also supports clients through settlement and implementation of Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIAs), preparing for Independent Review Organization (IRO) reviews, providing IRO services.

In addition to his consulting roles, Casey worked internally within a Top 10 pharmaceutical manufacturer’s Office of Ethics and Compliance during CIA implementation and execution. Casey also has experience in developing, implementing, executing and evaluating healthcare compliance auditing and monitoring programs, developing and operationalizing policies and procedures, and developing metrics, key performance indicators (KPI) and reports for regular review by Senior Management and Boards of Directors.
