She recently played a leading role in Crinetics' $10 billion acquisition by Vertex Pharmaceuticals and previously helped lead the legal integration of Onyx Pharmaceuticals following its $10.4 billion acquisition by Amgen. Her career also includes compliance leadership through Deferred Prosecution Agreement and Corporate Integrity Agreement environments, as well as commercial experience including supporting the first GLP-1 therapy at Amylin Pharmaceuticals.
