Mr. Cohn joined Connect as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2024. He brings 20 years of extensive legal, business and life sciences experience. Mr. Cohn was most recently Vice President, Corporate Law at Vir Biotechnology, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on serious infectious diseases and cancer. Prior to that, he held key positions of increasing responsibility at Heron Therapeutics, Inc., Becton, Dickinson and Company and Life Technologies Corporation. He began his career as a corporate associate at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP (formerly Faegre Baker Daniels LLP). Mr. Cohn earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Economics and Public Policy and Entrepreneurship from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
