Julie Wagner is Head of Global Ethics, Compliance and Enforcement Legal Policy and Senior Assistant General Counsel at PhRMA, with responsibility for helping to shape PhRMA advocacy and drive member consensus on issues related to federal enforcement of fraud and abuse laws, compliance policy, and global ethics issues. Prior to joining PhRMA, Julie served as Senior Counsel within the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General, serving as an Anti-Kickback Statute subject matter expert and advising the OIG, CMS Innovation Center, prosecutors and industry on health care fraud and abuse matters.
