Kate is the SVP, Global Chief Compliance Officer for Karl Storz Endoscopy, a medical technology company with 70+ subsidiaries in 50+ countries.

Previously, she spent five years in Diagnostics as the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer at Veracyte, and Adaptive Biotechnologies; building the compliance and privacy programs. Prior, Kate spent 8+ years at Roche/Genentech in US and global roles with increasing responsibility.

Kate also raises awareness for epilepsy and SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy), via running and social using #run4joshua, having lost her young son two years ago and wants to try and prevent deaths by seizures.
