Katy Van Pelt is the Vice President and Head of Ethics and Compliance at Arcus Biosciences, a late-stage clinical global biopharmaceutical company based in the San Francisco Bay area that is developing differentiated molecules and combination medicines for people with cancer. Katy has been at Arcus Biosciences for four years, during which time she has been developing the compliance program. Prior to joining Arcus, Katy held legal roles at large and small pharmaceutical companies and at law firms in DC and Chicago. Katy lives in Park City, Utah with her husband and four children.
