Melissa Ciurlino lives in New York City with her husband, Chris, and their four-year-old daughter, Quinn. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Melissa spent more than a decade in consulting at PwC before joining Allergan at the end of 2018 as Regional Compliance Lead for APACMEA, based in Singapore. She later served as International Head of Compliance for Allergan Aesthetics (AA) from May 2020 to June 2021 and became Global Head of AA Compliance in July 2021. In September 2025, she expanded her responsibilities to include R&D and OEC Excellence. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
