Continuing Education Credits

Select sessions at PM Springfest are accredited for continuing education by the following associations*:

BOMI Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Designation Credits
Earn BOMI credits by attending seminars accredited by the Building Owners and Managers Institute. Credits are awarded based on the duration of the seminar. Attendees will earn 1 BOMI credit for each attended eligible session.

NEW! Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) CPE Credits
Earn CMRAO CPE credits by attending the sessions accredited by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario. Each session is eligible for 1 credit. An attendee list will be shared with CMRAO for audit purposes.

BSS Continuing Education Credits
Earn BSS credits by attending the seminars accredited by the Building Science Specialist Board. Credit is given based on the length of the presentation portion of the event (e.g. breaks/lunch not included). One (1) credit is earned for every hour (60 mins) of presentation time.
