Andrea is passionate about building science and seeing all projects, large or small, done correctly. His grounding in technical subjects, work ethic and attention to detail make him a “go-to” resource for colleagues and clients. At RJC Engineers, Andrea is responsible for evaluations, investigations and remediation of building envelope systems (walls, windows, roofing), as well as the implementation of rehabilitation and preventative maintenance programs. In addition to existing buildings, Andrea has provided building envelope consultation on a large variety of new construction projects, including residential, institutional, and commercial buildings. Andrea has extensive thermal modelling experience and has contributed this expertise to several projects with complex conditions and innovative materials. Andrea has a broad range of experience, including design, contract administration, construction review and thermal and hygrothermal analysis of building envelope assemblies.
