He has played a pivotal role in the expansion of QuadReal’s MEIT (Mechanical, Electrical & Integrated Technology) program across Canada, helping standardize building systems, procurement strategies, and data frameworks to improve long-term asset performance. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry since 2010, he brings a unique perspective shaped by roles across the contractor, consultant, and ownership sides of the business. His background spans mechanical and electrical systems, building automation, and controls, with hands-on experience supporting the delivery of MEP scopes on complex development projects. At QuadReal, he leads the deployment of integrated building platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-driven tools across both new developments and existing assets, enabling more proactive and data-driven decision-making. His work focuses on bridging the gap between design, delivery, and operations to ensure buildings are set up for long-term performance from day one.
