Brian Kuchar is a Partner at WeirFoulds LLP. He has a diverse litigation practice which also includes commercial and civil matters, as well as leasing and employment matters. Brian works with a variety of clients, ranging from large corporations and public institutions to small businesses and individuals. He has experience working on construction lien files, and regularly acts for owners, contractors and subcontractors in a broad range of commercial and construction litigation matters with particular focus on construction liens, deficiency claims, commercial leasing, debtor/creditor and employment law. Brian appears at all levels of court throughout Ontario on behalf of clients, and is highly experienced in construction adjudications.
