Brian Kuchar is a Partner in the Construction Law practice group at WeirFoulds LLP. Brian’s litigation practice is almost exclusively dedicated to resolving construction disputes, including construction liens, adjudications, deficiencies and delay claims. He works with a diverse range of clients, ranging from large corporations and municipalities, to small business general contractors and homeowners. Brian regularly speaks and writes about legal issues in the construction industry, and sits as a member of the Construction and Infrastructure Section Executive of the Ontario Bar Association.
