Mr. Daniel Lee-Kim is an Associate with the Civil & Structural Engineering group at 30 Forensic Engineering. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering & Management and a Masters of Applied Science from McMaster University, where his research focused on structural dynamics and seismic protection. Daniel has a background in structural design in commercial, residential, and institutional sectors while specializing in numerous design materials throughout Canada and the United States. His projects include designing new construction high-rise condominiums, commercial renovation and fit outs, repurposing existing commercial structures, and designing municipal community centers. In addition to providing the structural design for these components, Daniel ensures strong communication within multidisciplinary project teams while providing high-level documents to colleagues and clients alike.
