Dilan Cetinkaya is Director of Certification at the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO), where she leads the Certified Rental Building™ (CRB) Program, Canada’s leading quality assurance and certification program for the multi-residential rental housing sector. The CRB Program provides third-party verification of building quality, management excellence, and sustainability practices, ensuring rental properties are well-run, well-managed, and well-maintained. Dilan has over eight years of experience in sustainability and ESG within the real estate sector. Prior to joining FRPO, she held sustainability roles at Cadillac Fairview, Holt Renfrew, and Crown Property Management.
