Leslie Zabiuk is a Practice Area Lead with Egis. She has been involved with capital planning services, which includes building condition assessments and reserve fund studies, including project management, building inspections, and report preparation. Leslie also has been involved with capital construction processes, including the design development, construction contract preparation, tendering phases, construction administration and site inspections. She has worked on Bulletin 19 / Tarion Inspections for new condominium building construction including project management, building inspections, and report preparation. Leslie also has experience completing Designated Substance Surveys including site inspection, sampling, analysis of results, and report preparation. Leslie has been specifically trained to supervise and manage projects and facilities in the built environment. Leslie has recently completed projects for the Capreit Limited Partnership, Via Rail, Lindvest, H&R Reit, and multiple Condominium Corporations.
