Formerly Senior Vice-President at First Capital REIT, she led national property operations for a 22-million-square-foot portfolio and championed industry-leading ESG and operational initiatives, while fostering a strong culture of accountability and inclusion.She has a track record as an active contributor to the real estate industry through governance and advisory roles. Maryanne currently serves as an independent board member with both BOMA Canada and BOMA BEST, where she serves as Secretary-Treasurer and Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee
