Michele has dedicated over 22 years to the HVAC and controls industry, establishing himself as a seasoned expert, who held pivotal roles such as Technical Consultant and Business Development Manager within the Smart Building division at Schneider Electric Canada. Currently, Michele leads the Smart Buildings Application and Engineering team. Michele collaborates with engineering firms, end users, and system integrators across Canada to design and implement integrated control solutions for Smart Buildings. These solutions leverage both wired protocols (BACnet, Lon, Modbus, Web Services) and wireless protocols (MQTT, ZigBee, BACnet over Wi-Fi), along with advanced analytics and fault detection diagnostics. Michele and his Team own a diverse range of expertise, including HVAC, card access, field device applications, energy efficiency, decarbonization, and Smart Grid technologies to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to unique needs
