Mindy Gronbeck, CPM®, CCIM, currently serves as the 2026 IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) President. Gronbeck also serves as Executive Vice President of property operations for HAWKINS, AMO®, a full-service real estate firm specializing in real estate development and management, headquartered in Boise, ID. Gronbeck has over 21 years of experience in retail real estate management and earned her CPM® designation in 2007 and her CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in April 2023! She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 2003.
