Paul Nathan boasts over 25 years of international experience in managing mixed-use multi-asset class properties across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He holds certifications as a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Shopping Mall Manager (CSM), and is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). Paul has also completed certificate programs in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) from the University of South Florida, as well as in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) from the Corporate Finance Institute. In addition to his professional achievements, Paul dedicates his time to voluntary service, contributing to organizations such as the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a Mentor, Ethics Board Member, and Assessor respectively. He is an active panel speaker for the REIC Toronto Chapter and regularly contributes articles to the Journal of Property Management (JPM). Among Paul's notable accomplishments are his appointment to the Real Estate Advisory Council at Toronto Metropolitan University and his contributions to the development of rental laws and valuation standards for the Real Estate Regulatory Authority in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
