Scott Rouse is Managing Partner at Energy@Work, where he leads a team focused on practical, client-driven energy performance improvement. He is a Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, and holds an MBA, with over 30 years of experience in Ontario’s energy sector. Scott is the creator of the Energy Management Action Plan (E-MAP), a structured framework used to help organizations exceed utility and sustainability objectives. A recent review of 28 E-MAP implementations confirmed verified annual electricity savings valued at $3.2 million, as verified by Toronto Hydro. Scott was the founding Chair of the Canadian Energy Manager Network and has served as an advisor to Seneca College, the Industrial Energy Technology Conference, and currently advises TBMOA and Humber College.
