Wil is a driven individual, with a focus on creating a more inclusive & sustainable future. With over 10 years of experience in the engineering and construction fields, he's helped design district energy plants, develop heat pump replacement initiatives, and deliver a number of large energy efficiency improvement and GHG reduction projects. In his current role as a Building Solutions & Decarbonization Lead for Modern Niagara, Wil focuses on developing new sustainable business and energy efficient solutions to help commercial, industrial, and public sector organizations reduce their carbon footprint and total energy expenditure. His experience and motivation to push boundaries allows him to think outside of the box and develop creative, yet attainable pathways for implementing green solutions.
