Dave is a member of the New York Bar Association’s Tax Section and has extensive experience in U.S. and International Taxation, Compliance and Wealth Management for High Net Worth individuals and families having worked in the United States, Europe, Barbados and Israel. He has experience in the areas of U.S. federal and state taxation, Private Placements Life Insurance and Life Settlements, U.S. offshore compliance and U.S. and Israeli tax controversies.
