Mr. Chon is a co-founder of Red Gate Elite, a consulting firm advising high net worth individuals and corporations with tax efficient investment solutions utilizing insurance and other risk management solutions. He has more than 25 years of experience specializing in executive benefits, compensation, insurance, and investments. His present and former clients include numerous Fortune 100 Companies as well as large private companies in the United States.

His past experience includes serving as Vice President with Marsh McLennan, Vice President, Consulting at MullinTBG (a division of Prudential Retirement Services), and Clark Consulting (acquired by Aegon NV & formerly a NYSE traded national executive benefits and insurance brokerage firm) . In addition, he established an executive benefits practice at a regional financial services firm in the Silicon Valley as well as worked in a product development role for M Financial Group, one of the premiere financial services design and distribution company in the US. Mr. Chon received his MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and received his BS in Physics at Univeristy of California at Irvine. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas with his family.
